Our shipping policy
The cost of shipping depends on the value of your order and also the delivery destination so please check the cost of delivery at the checkout. 
How can I get free shipping?
  • Free UK Standard Delivery is currently only available for all orders over £35 for customers in the United Kingdom.
 
How Long will it take to receive my order?
  • – Standard Shipment in the UK will be via 2nd Class Royal Mail and is usually posted the next day.
  • – This should be with you in 2-3 days but can take up to 10 working days.
  • – These limits are set by the postal systems and cannot be changed, should you require your order by a certain date we would always recommend selecting express shipment where the option is available.
 
VAT and Sales Tax:
  • – All customers will pay the same prices regardless of their location.
  • – All orders placed with us are dispatched from our offices here in the UK. Our products are priced in Ponds Sterling, but you can pay in your local currency using the exchange rate set by either pay pal or your local bank card provided (in most cases)
  • – VAT is paid by us for customers in the UK, EU, Canada and Australia. Orders that are shipped outside of these areas do not have tax paid and this may result in customers being liable for additional import tax. We do not and cannot legally amended invoices for convenience.
  • – We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in a case that these charges are refused, and the item is returned to us.

  • Only one special offer or discount code can be applied per transaction.
  • Discount codes are only valid at the time of ordering and cannot be applied after you have made the purchase.

Our returns policy

Strap Up Straps conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items online or by Mail Order. You have the legal right to cancel your order for most items within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products and perishable goods. 
If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 14 days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. 

If you are not satisfied or if you have ordered the wrong items, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t require the item, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, you do not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If you need to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, we will refund the total cost of the return.
 
New items returned for refund or exchange:
If you would like to exchange your goods for another item, do contact us and let us know what you would like to do so we can arrange the exchange and either refund or reinvoice you for the difference in cost. 
Please make sure you adhere to the below bullet points when exchanging your goods.
Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned along with the original packaging.
Goods must be in new condition as sent.
Goods must be accompanied with a covering letter or note.
Postage and packing cost is not covered under this policy.
Return postage must be covered by the customer.
 
Faulty, damaged or broken goods:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know the problem before returning the item as we may be able to solve the problem without incurring postal costs.

Goods must be in a clean condition.
Goods must be accompanied with a covering letter or note.
We will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to keep all our customers satisfied.
 
New items returned due to incorrect item received
If we have sent you an item which is different from what is listed on your invoice, we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your postage costs incurred. 
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned along with the original packaging where possible.
Goods must be in a new condition as received.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or arrange pickup on larger items.
 
Please use the Royal Mail recorded service for return of items so that all returned parcels must be signed for once they arrive.
Goods must be accompanied with a covering letter or note.
 
All product/s are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back at our office.
